We guarantee delivery within the FST Delivery Network within 24 hours if your goods are in stock at our QLD distribution centre, you place your order before 1.00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and you meet the FST Delivery Service Conditions.
- We guarantee delivery within the FST Delivery Network within 48 hours if your goods are in stock at our QLD distribution centre, you place your order after 1.00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and you meet the FST Delivery Service Conditions.
- We guarantee delivery within the FST Delivery Network within 48 hours if your goods are in stock at a FST national branch, you place your order before 1.00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and you meet the FST Delivery Service Conditions.
- We guarantee delivery within the FST Delivery Network within 72 hours if your goods are in stock at at a FST national branch, you place your order after 1.00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and you meet the FST Delivery Service Conditions.
- We guarantee delivery within the FST Delivery Network within 21 days if your goods are not in stock, you place your order before 1.00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and you meet the FST Delivery Service Conditions.
FST delivery service conditions
- To ensure your item is delivered within the time frames set out above please ensure:
- You have confirmed your goods are in stock;
- The delivery address is correct. Any parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable; and,
- Signature upon delivery is received. If you are unable to receive your delivery the parcel will be held with our shipping partner for their maximum hold time. If the parcel is returned to FST as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
- For goods ordered on a business day before a public holiday, goods will be delivered within 24 hours of the next business day after a public holiday.
- Goods purchased online can only be delivered to street addresses (NO PO BOXES) within Australia. To arrange international delivery please contact our Customer Service Team by telephone on 13 1858 (or +61 7 3667 8700 outside Australia) or by email at sales.au@fst.com and well will provide further information about international shipping costs.

What should I do if I received missing, damaged or incorrect goods in my parcel?
All care is taken packaging goods for delivery, however from time to time accidents or errors happen.
Please notify our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel by telephone on 13 1858 (or +61 7 3667 8700 outside Australia) or by email at sales@FSTseals.com.au if you believe you have received damaged, incorrect or missing products, and we will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
FST will, at its discretion, provide a refund, replacement or repair. FST needs to be satisfied that the product is faulty, the cause of the fault and that the problem with the goods was not your fault. FST reserves the right to have returned goods assessed within a reasonable time frame to determine this.
How long does delivery take for goods on back order?
We guarantee delivery within the FST Delivery Network within 21 days if your goods are not in stock, you place your order before 1.00pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and you meet the FST Delivery Service Conditions.
How long will delivery take if FST can supply some goods in my order, but some goods are on back order?
In such cases your goods will be placed on hold until your complete order can be delivered.
You can request to receive the goods in stock (subject to the delivery times set out above) by contacting our Customer Service Team by telephone on 13 1858 (or +61 7 3667 8700 outside Australia) or by email at sales@FSTseals.com.au and we will arrange to deliver the available goods to you straight away. The goods on backorder will be delivered to you as soon as they are available.
What if my goods are not delivered as promised?
If your goods are not delivered as promised, we will request you to supply delivery receipt details, and we will credit your FST account or offer you a refund for any applicable freight costs.
How do I return goods purchased online?
Please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible if you need to return any good/s purchased online.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge a return request for change of mind purchases. We will request proof of purchase and require goods to be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note that restocking fees may apply and freight costs are not refundable unless you are returning goods because item/s were missing, incorrect or damaged.
The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving you certain guaranteed rights when you buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
