- How long should my order take to process?
Processing time for complete orders will normally be 24 hours (provided that the order is placed online or by phone prior to 1:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday on public trading days. Where an order cannot be shipped complete but can be completed by transferring an item from one of our other outlets, delivery time should be 48 hours. For any orders that cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortage, we will endeavour to complete your order within 21 days. - How will my order be shipped?
Our primary means of delivery is via Toll Ipec. If you wish for goods to be delivered by other means, you will need to contact our Brendale mail order centre on 131 858 to arrange this.
- Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. At the point of dispatch of your order, we will issue you a Toll Ipec consignment reference. You can go to Toll Ipec's website and enter this consignment reference in their Track and Trace are to check the progress of your order.
- What is your policy with returns?
Where you've been issued goods that have either been incorrectly supplied or damaged, you will need to contact our sales department on 131 858 to request a return authorisation. Once this is approved we will accept the goods back from you and issue any exchange or credit forthcoming. We cannot accept goods which have been incorrectly selected - returns of these will incur a restocking charge. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on this.
- I can't find the seal I need on your site. Can you still supply it?
We will endeavour to find a supplier of any specialised seal you need and will provide you a quote for the price of goods including freight. Alternatively, we may be able to manufacture selected types of seals and will provide you a price estimate for these. You can send us any customised seal requests by going to our Custom Seals section on our home page.
